Handmade Black skirt with bows
Handmade skirt with ruffle, polka dots, and tiny pink bows.
Handmade skirt by me. Print is black with white polka dots and tiny pink bows. Has a ruffle at the bottom and full elastic waistband. Waistband has window in seam to adjust elastic to your size. Never worn. All seams finished with a zig zag stitch.
