Size M with full shirring. Will easily fit a variety of sizes. The size charts states a 36-41inch bust size and 29-34inch waist, but it very easily fits my 44in/36in bust/waist measurements. There is a small run on the second tier of chiffon, but it's not noticeable at all. I included a picture of the run, but you can hardly see it. Waist ties are included. The bow that pins to the front is also included with the headband I ran through it to wear it as a head bow. You can take the headband out if you choose or leave it in with no damage to the bow.
