This dress is perfect as an under piece to be outfitted with corsets, coats, cardigans, etc. It is like new and has only been worn twice. The collar, sleeves and shoulders are lined with elastic, so allow for a bit of flexibility there. The measurements are as follows:

Dress comes with two sets of straps for the waist and one set to be tied around the neck.
