All items are from a pet and smoke free home. HOLD / PAYMENT PLANS / NEGOTIATIONS - I prefer not to hold items, but depending on the price I can make exceptions to hold up to 3-6 weeks with a 20% non-refundable deposit to ensure the buyer is serious to make the purchase. - Reasonable negotiations maybe considered, please send a message if you want to make an offer. PAYMENT - I will send a PayPal invoice to the winner buyer usually within 24 hours. - The wining buyer must pay within 3 days from receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within 3 days without any contact, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left. If you require more then 3 days to pay the invoice, please contact me and we can discuss an extended deadline. - Method of payment I will accept is PayPal only sent via "goods and services" to ensure both the buyer and seller are protected. If you wish to pay by any other method, then please contact me before your purchase. SHIPPING - I ship worldwide via tracked mail only, especially items worth the value of over £30. Although this is not recommended, there maybe exceptions to ship via non-tracked shipping for items less then £30 in the UK or EU only, but please understand this will be at your own risk and I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items which are not tracked. - I will only ship to the name and address on the PayPal payment, so please ensure the details are 100% correct before you send payment. - I aim to ship items within 2-4 days. During the on-going pandemic, if the UK is in lockdown, items will be shipped on a weekday only. - I will contact the buyer with tracking number after when the item is shipped. RETURNS / REFUNDS - Please understand I do not accept any returns or refunds unless faulty. - If the item does not match the description or if there are any flaws which are not mentioned in my description, then please send me a message with photos asap and I will resolve the issue with a partial refund. - I try my best to list and/or picture all flaws, however please understand I can't accept claims for a few un-noticable minor flaws. - I am unable to accept claims if you contact me after 48 hours upon receiving your item.
