Elegant and versatile OP from much-mourned brand Excentrique. Wear loose and comfy or cinched with a corset for classic/aristo looks.
Purchased second-hand at Closet Child Shinjuku; worn once by me and carefully hand-washed. Has a definite feeling of wear, which I think suits the vintage mood of the piece, but please be aware that item is not like-new before bidding. No major flaws that I could find. Not listed on Lolibrary so I have included a lot of reference photos.
