This is a beautiful, luxuriously detailed jumper skirt skirt from Emily temple cute. The care of construction in this dress is almost unparalleled in my collection. This dress is made of a heavy pinstripe fabric in black, fuchsia, and white; the underskirt is trimmed with champagne colored soft tulle ruffles that have a golden shimmer to them. The full skirt has been micro pleated at the front waist band in such a way as to make dramatic full use of the pinstripes visually, and is bordered with box pleated ruffles of the same fabric. This detail is repeated on the straps of the bodice. The back of the skirt is pleated to act as almost as apron, framing the pleated front panel. the waist adjusts with detachable ties that again show great care in respecting the pattern.
