Emily Temple Cute: Pink Handkerchief Skirt

This Emily Temple Cute skirt is adorable with a pink background and handkerchief print. The length is 22.5" from the bottom of the waistband to the bottom of the lace. The waist has partial shirring measuring from 24.5" to 28". I'm sure it is not wearable at the full extension though. I have found three faint brown spots on the skirt and tried to take photos of them. My fingers are pointing at them in the photos.
