Brand new without tags, received in plastic straight from Japan. Perfect condition, no flaws. This is a lovely 2014 skirt by Angelic Pretty. The illustration is vibrantly printed on a lightweight chiffon fabric, over a black underskirt lining that features custom lace. Waist tie is a long lovely ribbon-like belt of the printed fabric with pearls at either end.
