As far as I know they operated on Facebook circa 2013 (which is when I bought these), but they do not seem to be around any longer. A Facebook search turns up several FB posts in the group "Lolita Sales in English" regarding their questionable shipping practices (as you can see, mine arrived just fine n_n ), and a google search shows some for sale here, as well as on the EGL livejournal. Sorry I don't have a site :(
