Packages will always be sent cross-country in flatrate domestic boxes (18-32$) UNLESS lettermail is requested instead (only available for stuff like tights, OTK/UTK, light blouses, etc). International/US shipping will be done in a paper/plastic bag covered in tape. Yes! I will ship to alternative addresses not listed on your PayPal, but because this invalidates the seller protection, I can only accept the payment via F&F. Canadians: I accept Interac E-Transfer. If you choose lettermail, and the package gets lost in the cursed system we call Canada Post, then I can't really help you past advising you to make a claim.
