Fluffy bell shaped white petticoat made by the taobao shop Classical Puppets. Great if you want a ton of fluff to your skirts or dresses!

This is a really fluffy made by Classical Puppets; bought around 2012. It is white made from a soft, sheer white fabric. I believe it is organza but I don't remember.
It has an elastic waistband that I believe can stretch to 88 cm max, but it feels kind of tight on the smallest part of my hip which is about 74 cm (~29 in).
The lining inside is a white cotton skirt.
