Bought secondhand, only tried on a few times. The Lolibrary measurements seem accurate to me. There's no stretch to this chiffon, but the sleeves are poofy/loose so there's a bit of wiggle room there. The blue is a true blue and doesn't lean minty or lavenderish; the ribbon and cuffs are charcoal+white stripes, the effect is very cool in person. Happy to provide other photos/measurements!
