1. I am not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Once the package leaves my hands, the fault lies with the mail carrier. I can try to open a claim if anything does go wrong though. 2. Almost all of my packages are sent in large, waterproof bubble mailers, but I will sometimes ship in boxes if necessary. I try to package everything with care, and I make sure the items inside are protected with additional precautions when needed. 3. Returns are not an option. All sales are final. I try to check for damages and accurately describe the item to the best of my ability. I am not a professional, and I could overlook a detail, but I always try to frame the condition of the items in a truthful light. 4. I own several cats and dogs. You should be aware of this just in case you have severe allergies. If you have concerns, I can always attempt to provide additional care for your safety. 5.
