Not sure what year this one is but it's definitely a Baby shirring JSK.
I have had this dress for quite some time, so it has been worn many times! The only issue with the dress is the shoulder shirring has gotten stretched out some. I do wash it regularly and it has been washed since the last time it was worn. There are no stains on the dress of any kind!

Bust + Waist go up to around 130cm so it's a very plus size friendly dress.
