BTSSB Princess Sleeve Blouse

It has tiny & small holes, not sure how it got it, its been stored for months and has only tried it on a couple of times, and was bought secondhand. The holes are on the right side of the blouse (back) and one the right sleeve (back). 4th pic is showing the holes and 5th is position when worn under a jsk).
I can't find the reference stating the release year.
