This is a necklace and headband set. The headband is the Twinkle Heart Ribbon headband in pink. It has silver glitter and holographic hearts suspended throughout the pink plastic. It is in good condition with no flaws. The necklace is also pink plastic with silver sparkles suspended throughout and matches the headband, though it has no holographic hearts in it. The pink color is the same, it looks different in the pictures because the necklace was so glittery my camera wouldn’t focus on it unless I blocked the light. There is a little excess glue around the metal attachment to the necklace charm. Both have the brand name written out in full on them. I don’t know what name the necklace has, and to be honest I have a suspicion that the necklace was originally a hair pin that the previous owner made into a necklace charm because the back looks a little off. I bought them because they matched each other and wasn’t too concerned with their origins.
