2021 release, bought from Baby SF.

Tried on over a dress briefly, but doesn't fit me properly, stored in my closet since.

The heart chest piece is detachable.

A note on the fit: while the open back and long ties should allow for a wider fit, because the straps are fixed and held together by a cross piece in the back it can be quite tight on the shoulders and sits uncomfortably on a larger bust/chest area (in my experience).
