I literally just received this and tried it on, but it doesn’t fit me right. I checked it over and found no flaws.
While the bust does stretch to 120 cm according to lolibrary, the neckline does not stretch, and the underbust elastic hits right across my chest. I do not recommend this dress if you have a larger bust and/or are tall. Shoulder to top of the underbust elastic casing is 10.5 inches. It is a longer dress than typical; the inside skirt measures 109 cm and the overskirt measures 120 cm. The overskirt is not removable. There is a sash that ties under the bust that is removable.
