Fits true to these sizes. Comes with both bows. No shirring and is not stretchy but a really well-made dress. Not lined. Thick material and soft velvet. Can be a little heavy but will keep you warm in fall/winter and would look perfect with faux fur accessories. Only worn once by me to a small convention/tea party. No stains, rips, pilling, etc. Perfect condition.
