Its a bodyline dress. It has two layers, the first being the part with the hearts the second is underneath is just plain. Sort of like a hime style, my petticoat isnt fluffy enough to show it.
Its a size 2L. These next measurements I did myself, there is shirring on the back so my measurements might be a little off

Waist:30-34in
Skirt length: 20in
I bought this second hand so I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with waist ties but this doesnt have waist ties on it.
