Bought secondhand, only worn out briefly - very little signs of wear. Comes from a home with pets, but my animals are not allowed in the lolita closet. Bustle back is adjustable with pull strings. Skirt can look normal all around or either back bustle piece can be adjusted to your preferred height. Skirt has no shirring. I'm not sure on the specific measurements, but I believe it fits a 28in waist.
