Black Peace Now Striped Short Skirt
Striped satin skirt with a black sheer and lace overlaid ruffle. Lined. There is no closure, It slips on and has an elastic waist but the elastic is pretty stretched out. I don't see other damage. At the top of the black sheer section ruffle there is a ribbon threaded through lace that can be tied or cinched in if one wanted that look. This could be really cute for layering on top of another skirt or dress to give a tiered look.
