Overall minor signs of use, some damage to the back shirring in several places where the elastic connects to the fabric (please see photos).
At this point the damage to the elastic does not impact its wearability, but since this is an older item the elastic may deteriorate further.

According to an old BPN shop blog this item is called "Lace-up Bustier", only there isn't actually anything on this item that can be laced up.
