This is the shirring princess JSK by Baby, the Stars Shine Bright in black X white.

I received this dress with the elastic on the shoulder straps totally stretched out from what I can only believe was years of being hung on a hanger. I took it to a tailor and had the elastic in the straps replaced but for some reason they only put in one piece of elastic in the center of the strap instead of two pieces of elastic (one in each edge, as it was before). So the straps are not quite the same as they were originally and there are also marks inside where you can see that it was re-sewn. But functionally it works great and I believe that it would not make that much difference to you when actually being worn. Other than that, there is one small stain on the white ruffles in the back that through washing, soaking, and dry cleaning, has been lightened to the point where you would only know it was there because you’ve seen pictures and it’s been pointed out to you. In my opinion no one that was looking at you would notice it (I wore it and no one noticed), but it is there. Please see the sixth photo to see what I’m talking about
