Fully shirred cherry skirt. Max waist is 38 inches / 96.52 centimeters. Length of skirt is 17 inches / 43.18 centimeters. I bought this skirt a while back from another online lolita second hand shop where there store is located in japan. I don't know much of the history on this skirt, but saw on there website that the skirt had some minor damages and stains. I didn't see any minor damages or stains. The only thing I noticed is that a tag was cut off where baby's name tag is. Otherwise it is still in good condition. Only wore it once. It doesn't fit me anymore.
