Baby the stars shine bright apron skirt. Adorable heart buttons! The apron is detachable you can wear with or without it. The apron js a little wrinkled bc it was in storage just needs a steaming. Has elastic waist band. And waist ties. Tulle lining
Side button is a little loose just thought id mention.
