I am certainly am bigger than the provided waist measurement by about 10cm but it does wear will a little discomfort which is why I am choosing to sell it on.
I cannot find the exact skirt so I want to say it looking like this https://lolibrary.org/items/atelier-boz-verdi-mermaid-skirt-mens but there is no lacing because it is sewn to have the mermaid look.
