Waist: ~72 cm (28.3 in)
Length: 46+3 cm (18.1 + 1.2 in)
NOTE: This skirt has damages. I received the skirt without the bow broach. Furthermore, the skirt has "dents" in its fabric (see pictures), and I assume this is because the previous owner used clothing hangers with hard clips to store the skirt. Lastly, there is a general feeling of wear and a few wrinkles.
