ALL dresses come with waist ties unless other wise stated! Items come from a smoke free home. Pets are in home so stray hairs may get on items but I do my best to prevent. Accept holds for up to 30 days with a non refundable deposit. Only PayPal is accepted. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
