Stained/some runs, read description please!!

I bought this dress off someone at a convention in a swap meet. I have only worn it two times, but this dress has at least 5 small stains and a run in the fabric that I have found. The stains are a light tea colored, or sauce colored, pictured in photos with pink circles to highlight where exactly they are. The dress has an overall feeling of wear. However, aside from that it is very difficult to tell that it is stained while wearing.

Lace is in very nice condition, with a tiny bit of fraying here and there.  All the buttons are there, and pristine, no scratches on the plastic. It comes with the bow with the "tear" gems, very pretty. 

This skirt has a built in petticoat that is small, but adds a nice little puffy boost that is very nice. 

Waist Min 60 cm, MAX 70 cm. THIS IS PETITE as heck. 
Barely any shirring.
