Never worn by me but dress was bought second hand in almost new condition except the charms at end of belt are faded/scratched but still looks great! The belt and collar detach as well as the bows on the sleeves. :)
Also, my pics do not give this dress justice.

The reason for this sale is the arms are  restrictive. I’m a size small and all fits perfect but I just can’t get my arms past the point of having them out in front of me. That’s as high as it goes. I think it’s just the style, like how the dresses were in the 19th century and 50s and some wedding dresses to date. I know dresses back then did this a lot and women would cut the seams under the arm for more comfort. So if you don’t mind that part and likely won’t be raising your arms above your head, then by all means buy it.  :)
