Bought new from Angelic Pretty. It has a very cute front panel so it's great for the lower cut dresses. The shirring around the waist keeps it tucked in if you were to wear it with a high waisted skirt. Please note this is a well loved blouse. All the trim and bows are in very good condition but it has overall signs of wear and slight discoloration especially around the arm and collar.
