This is the Rose Dress UP Barette in pink by Angelic Pretty. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's the 2014 release. The pink is a darker, dustier pink than the 2013. Great Condition, no flaws. I never ending up wearing this and I got it from Lolita Desu so I don't know its history before me.
