Closet cleaning to cover my cat's vet bills.

I bought this item secondhand-- it's missing the waist tie that originally came with it and the ribbon lacing for the back. The bust is more generous than the Lolibrary page suggests, I'd suggest a max bust of 35 inches. It's a lovely item, but it's too short on me, and a cat mom's gotta cover the vet bills somehow.
