Blue version of the tiered JSK, is in good but bad shape? The dress itself has no visible damage I could find, if there is I apologize. However this JSK was altered by a previous owner and the alterations are a little rough. I believe they used a waist tie to make it larger. I just don’t have the time to fix it or give it the care it needs. Selling it for what I paid, I’ve included pictures of the previous owners alterations. Be aware there is no elastic in the back.
