Full AP 2008 Chandelier Print! Lovely printed velveteen that AP has stopped releasing, this was the spiritual successor to Puppet Circus. Every piece individually is difficult to find, and I pieced this together over several years. It's only missing the brooch from the set, but I've never actually seen the brooch in wine.
It's in great condition. The only damage is that one of the gold bows fell off, and was sewn back on. It DOES have waist ties, they just aren't in the picture. See lolibrary link for measurements.
