**IMPORTANT** This item is missing one of the waist tie buttons. It fell off, and I would have sewn it on but it got lost :( But if you find some that are small enough, easy fix! For this reason the price is a tad lower and I'm throwing in a *FREE* hat!
Hat is a small tricorn hat from Sakura Fairy on Etsy, and as you can see it matches flawlessly! Very nice quality, it cost me $40 originally!
I'm getting rid of this item because it doesn't fit me, and it's pretty hard to coord! I've worn it only once, and bought it second hand from someone else who wore it a few more times than me. It's still in PERFECT condition (apart from missing a button..!)
