This stunning dress from Alice and the Pirates has only been worn twice. It comes with matching headbow.

I'm the first owner and I've let out back a little bit using the waist ties which is why they won't come with the dress. This modification hasn't altered the overall appearance of the dress and it was done carefully and isn't noticeable. The dress still fits down to its smallest measurement - but will also go a bit higher than its listed max:

Waist

72 ~ 79 cm (28.34 ~ 31.10 inch) (Goes slightly larger swell).
