Japanese brand Ahcahcum muchacha vintage style structured high quality hand crafted millnery off white straw mesh material with hand sew sequin polka dot pattern and cute kawaii cat ears.  Super rare and one of a kind.  Ahachcum Masakoshinya made famous by the giant cat bags!  i bought this in Tokyo i think at LaForet Harajuku or OIOI Marui.. I never got to wear it out - brand new, perfect condition.
