Second hand Teufel von Hameln Skirt that has been modified. Specifically the shirring was cut to expand waist. Skirt now sits at 80 cm MAX! Modification has also left small holes on the inside which are absolutely not visible from outside. No corset strings as they were lost by the previous owner. Otherwise in very good condition. I steamed it to get somewrinkles and other blemishes out. Was hoping this would fit me but alas, it was not to be.

I cut the price by $50 because of the blemishes
