AatP's Royal Crown JSK in navy. Purchased second hand, has only been tried on by me. The velveteen is very soft and a very rich shade of blue.
This dress has no shirring. Measurements can be found on the attached lolibrary listing, and are correct.
I do have a dog and a cat. Neither go near my clothes, but this dress will be thoroughly delinted anyways before shipment!
