Bought second hand from a Japanese auction site. Worn couple of times by me. Please note, that one of the shoulder straps has been stretched out, and is not elastic anymore. The other one is still elastic. Waist bow and waist ties are not removable. The dress has full back shirring.

Hello! The measurements you put in the description are not the same as the ones on lolibrary - I was wondering which measurements were the most accurate?

Hello! I believe mine are more accurate, because even though the dress has full back shirring, it's not as forgiving as stated in Lolibrary. It you're around the measurements I've listed, it should fit just fine :)
