I can't read and accidentally bought this thinking it'd be black! It's very much navy with an iridescent gold sheen.
Made of chiffon and not particularly stretchy as far as I can tell, but definitely has some give. The sleeves are loose and billowy when worn. Measurements from lolibrary:
