This is the JSK II design in black, released in 2011. I bought it second hand and only wore it once or twice. It's in excellent condition, with the gold glitter accents and sparkles in the lace all still intact, no stains or tears, and all ribbons and waist ties still attached.

The print features black cat and apple motifs, moonlit skies, gothic arches and gold detailing. It has crisp ribbons, elegant lace, soft lining under the textured fabric and a generous shirred panel at the back.
