Bought new from Triple Fortune. A flower crown made with breautiful high quality paper and fabric flowers. You can wear it in two ways over your head like a headband or around your head like a flower crown. There are two alligator clips and a ribbon to secure it to your head. Some side flowers were a bit squished from storage but other then that there are no visible flaws or damages.
