10 o'clock cinderella OP in Powder Blue with white ruffled underskirt and powder blue flat hat and matching necktie.

Dress is excellent quality. sleeves are very heavy and material is thick. No tears and only one small stain on the underskirt. Worn once for a tea party. I hate to part with it but It no longer fits and I don't forsee myself ever being that size again.

Dress is a Lady 70 and underskirt is adjustable.
