Great seller! Quick to respond and mail out (no delays whatsoever) and postage charge was normal. I was warned before hand very clearly with images of the damages, and I am very happy to say I was left with no surprises- everything is as it was pictured. Thank you again!

While the shipping was fast and item in plastic, it was shoved into an envelope that ended up ripping open from the skirt. Otherwise the communication was excellent, and item without flaws. The packaging had me worried about leaks or other problems as it has rained a lot.
