While delivered quickly, the wig arrived with just a hairnet net at protection. Whether this caused the massive amount of tangles and some frizz or it was shipped that way, I don't know.

Items shipped quickly but when delivered, the white decoration on the headband had completely come off and there were dark marks on the fabric of said headband as well as a small marking on one of the sax clips.

I can't say enough good things about Oriana - the bolero had some issues, when it came (small hole on the shoulder seam and the seam seemed to be coming open), but she dealt with the issues, communicated quickly and even offered partial refund, so I've very happy with the transaction (apart from having to deal with the issues).

I can't say enough good things about Oriana - the dress had some issues, when it came (small marks and a seam, that has been sewn by a previous owner, that she didn't know about and a mystery discoloration on the skirt, that showed up with flash photography), but she dealt with the issues, communicated quickly and even offered partial refund, so I've very happy with the transaction (apart from having to deal with the issues).
