The dress has been packed nice and safely, though the carton has been damaged during the transport the dress was packed very well and did not get dirty or damaged.

An amazing seller. It took months to receive my dress (NOT AT THE FAULT OF SELLER). Just a heads up for anyone buying overseas (EU going to South bay area particularly). USPS is literally terrible and they lost my package and for about two weeks I was going back and forth between my leasing office and post office on the whereabouts of my dress.
This seller is amazing and very easy to communicate with. The first time my package got sent back for reasons unknown and she shipped it back out as soon as she could. The dress I finally received is gorgeous and just as described as well as being nicely packaged. Highly recommend but if you're in the SF bay area I suggest paying for a little more for better shipping just so there aren't any issues.
